About this module
An introduction to the theory and basic methods of service design and how it can be applied in a real context. Participants learned a simple method to design their own top-quality service, considering the overall user experience as well as the main user touchpoints, both physical and digital, while applying them to their projects.
About the facilitator Nada Jaffal
