About this module
The Business Model Module training was designed to cover all related information regarding the Business Model Canvas tool, which refers to a company's plan for making profit. During the training, the startup learns to use the Business Model Canvas tool to identify the products or services that the startup plans to sell, the targeted market, and any anticipated expenses. The training also helps the startups attract investment, recruit talent, and motivate management and staff by clarifying all the needed details and draw a detailed map of the operations.
About the facilitator
Business management expert specialized in Organizational Development, Management of Large Projects, and Programs Design and Implementation. Enad is currently serving as General Manager for V Business Center, and as a Founder & Managing Director to Epsilon Business Solutions. Prior to that, Enad has served as the Head of Business Development at INJAZ, the largest social enterprise in Jordan specialized in Entrepreneurship and Education. Enad also has served as an Executive Director responsible for the Corporate Operations in the MENA Region for Migrate Business Services, a leading multinational Business Processing Outsourcing company. Enad holds a bachelor degree in Business & Finance Economics.
